Note for EU customers

From 1st July 2021, new EU VAT regulations will incur an additional charge on all EU orders. This will be charged and collected locally and will not be added by us during your order process. 

Website Orders

Payment

We take payments through PayPal for website orders. You can either set up an account, or use PayPal to pay with your debit or credit card.

Delivery

Our warehouses are currently running at a reduced capacity due to social distancing, and we are experiencing delays to processing and posting orders. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to the UK and the US, and 2-3 weeks for delivery elsewhere. 

UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail second class, untracked for a flat rate of £2.50 for the first book, with further books at £1.25 each. International orders are shipped by DHL at a flat rate of £2.50 per book for the US, and £6 per book for Europe and ROW. We are unable to track physical book orders.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns of physical books and ebooks.

eBooks

Your ebook(s) will be delivered by email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find them in your inbox.

Our ebooks come in EPUB file format, which can be used on computers and a range of e-readers, including Nook and Kobo, but cannot be used in Kindles, unless converted to Mobi. To organise or convert your ebook files, we recommend the Calibre software.
